Santa Barbara Clean Energy Portfolio Budget and Performance Tracking Tool

This work includes the development of SOPs that guide the current and future work of utilizing the Portfolio Tracking Tool by laying out how to upload and update each program's customer data after rebates are claimed as well as creating and manipulating existing data visualizations. This tool is used to update all SBCE program's budget utilization, and to track KPI metrics on a biweekly basis.
